Your current upgrade level defines how many surveys you have access to. If you exceed that number then you will only be able to act upon the first 'n' surveys , where 'n' is the limit defined by your upgrade level. The rest of the surveys will be there but you will not be able to access them.

If you want to access them, please upgrade your account to the next upgrade level. At any point you can access only the number of surveys defined by your current upgrade level.

To view your Upgrade Level click on the My Account link after you login.
